QUEST Employment Initiatives LLC (QUEST) is a Maryland-based employment law advisory firm helping government agencies and public-sector organizations build stronger, more effective, and compliant workplaces. 

We:

QUEST is in the process of certification as registered as a disadvantaged business enterprise with Sam.gov. We are in the process of being certified as a Woman-Owned Small Business through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and as an MDBE with the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT). 

Our founder, Natalie Holder, Esq., SPHR, is an employment lawyer and served as a senior executive with the U.S. Capitol Police and within the Department of Energy's National Laboratory Complex. Her honors include:
