About Natalie, Esq. SPHR

Founder and President

Natalie started her career as an employment attorney, successfully litigating violations of Title VII, ADA, FLSA and other employment laws and workplace protections. Recognizing the power of education and proactive strategy in driving  workplace progress, she founded QUEST, a firm dedicated to transforming workplace culture through DEI strategy, leadership development, and compliance solutions.

A recognized architect of workplace culture, Natalie has led high-impact initiatives that drive measurable progress. As the inaugural Chief Diversity Officer for SLAC at Stanford University and the U.S. Capitol Police, she:

  • Increased women's recruitment by 15% by forging strategic partnerships with NCAA athletics.

  • Expanded STEM representation of historically underrepresented groups by 83%, breaking barriers in science and technology.

  • Designed programs that helped secure $62 million in competitive grants, demonstrating the power of DEI-driven innovation and funding success.

A sought-after speaker, facilitator, and trainer, Natalie has been featured in The New York Times, Huffington Post, Diversity Insight Magazine, Diversity Executive, the New York Law Journal, and Good Morning Connecticut, where she shares her expertise on employment compliance, leadership, and inclusive workplace strategies.

An alumna of NYU and Tulane Law School, Natalie has been admitted to the New York State and Connecticut Bars, bringing a strong legal foundation to her work in advancing workplace equity, innovation, and business success.
